Welcome to Bookd. By using our mobile application (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account or use Bookd. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 13 years of age or older. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete the account and associated data.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date.
You may not impersonate others, create accounts for the purpose of harassment, or use misleading usernames. We reserve the right to reclaim usernames that are inactive, misleading, or that infringe on trademarks.
You retain ownership of the content you create on Bookd, including reviews, ratings, comments, lists, and discussion messages ("User Content").
By posting User Content, you grant Bookd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content within the App and for promotional purposes. This license ends when you delete your content or account, except where your content has been shared by others or is retained in backups.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree that your content does not violate any third party's rights or any applicable laws.

We reserve the right to review, remove, or restrict any User Content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.
Users can report content and block other users. We will review reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, warnings, or account suspension.
The App, including its design, features, code, and branding, is owned by Bookd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our written permission.
Football data, team logos, and competition information displayed in the App are sourced from third-party providers and remain the property of their respective owners. This data is provided for informational purposes only.
You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your profile and associated data will be removed, though some content (e.g., comments on others' posts) may persist in anonymized form.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, without prior notice. We may also terminate inactive accounts after an extended period of inactivity.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Match data, scores, and statistics are provided for informational purposes and may not always be accurate or up to date. We are not responsible for errors in third-party data.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bookd and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal proceedings.
